A friend sent this my way today. After giving it a good read, there are a few issues I have with the article, but overall it definitely gives an unbiased and down-to-earth look at our sport from an outsider’s perspective.
I particularly thought the part about a 350fps projectile needing to be squeezed out of someone’s broken skin. Xtreme-Tactics has used 350fps as the maximum FPS for its patrons for nearly half a decade without the need to pry a BB out of some one’s skin. Although, I did have to pick a BB out of some one’s ear once with some tweezers. But that’s another story altogether.
Here is the link to the artcile. I have a hard copy saved as well in case it ever gets taken down.
